This villa is operated by Amici Vitae Rentals LLC. Amici Vitae is owned by Ron and Audrey. Together with our 2 children we are living in Belgium for more then 20 years.
We are actually Dutch but decided to move to Belgium were we leave near the city of Genk, in the eastern part of Belgium, close to the borders of The Netherlands and Germany.
We fell in love with Florida and its climate and decided to buy our first home here in 2019. We really enjoy giving people a carefree holiday and letting them enjoy our beautiful villa.
Rules
Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours ( 10 PM till 8AM).

Smoking is prohibited in the villa
Pets are not allowed in the villa
Please do not leave your children unattended at any time
Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool / spa. You should use the plastic cups available for any poolside drinks.
Guests must shower before entering the pool / Spa to rinse off any sunscreen, there is an outdoor shower,
The cleaning services we provide at check-out is a basic cleaning service. Excessive cleaning will be charged or deducted form the deposit so please maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay and when you leave. Please clean the BBQ as well before you leave.
